JAMA Canada represents Japanese-brand vehicle assemblers and dealerships responsible for 85,000 direct and indirect jobs, that in turn supports 115,000intermediate and expenditure-induced jobs across Canada. JAMA Canada supports the Government of Ontario’s Bill entitled the Making Ontario Open for Business Act, as it will make important changes to the Employment Standards Act and Labour Relations Act that will support the province’s economic competitiveness.
